At Dovatale, we value your trust and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
🔹 Refunds

Returned items will not be refunded to your original payment method.

Instead, you will receive a store credit or discount coupon valid for 365 days.

Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange only.
🔹 Eligibility for Return/Exchange
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Sale items, accessories, and customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
🔹 How to Request a Return/Exchange

Contact us via Email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

Once approved, ship the product back to us.

Return shipping cost is borne by the customer, unless the product is defective.

🔹 Damaged/Defective or Missing Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a credit coupon as per product availability.
🔹 Processing Time

Once we receive your returned product, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit or discount coupon.

Store credits/coupons are valid for 365 days from the date of issue.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Dovatale reserves the final authority to approve or reject any return/exchange request if the product does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
